CBSE Board Declared IIT JEE Mains Exam Result 2016


CBSE Group declared that about 198,228 candidates cracked in the IIT JEE Mains Exam of 2016 conducted via both offline and online modes in 132 different cities of India. About 2lacs candidates have succeeded to clear the JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Mains 2016 to get admission in few of the top private engineering colleges in India, including the Shri Ram Group Jabalpur, as per the results declared from CBSE on Yesterday.

Key Aspects of the IIT JEE Mains 2016

Out of total 2lacs of candidates, 19,820 qualified for online JEE (Advanced), while about 178,408 qualified for offline test.

Approximately, 40,000 girls have succeeded to qualify for JEE Advanced Tests, as per the data highlighted from CBSE board.

  • Step1:-Firstly, you should visit the official website of IIT JEE Mains i.e.

  • Step2:-While visiting the site’s home page you have to search for the tab ‘JEE Mains Result 2016’ and click over it.

  • Step 3:-The website will navigate you to a new result web page, which would prompt users to enter their details about hall ticket number, date of birth or password and finally tab to get or view your result.

  • Step 4:-In the last step, JEE Result website will display your result as either qualified or not eligible for the further process.
